7002 - Adult Protective Services Fund - Social Services Agency Santa Clara County
Contributions to the Adult Protective Services Fund will help abused and neglected seniors and incapacitated adults with expenses not covered by other resources, such as: housing repairs, moving costs, furniture, clothing, medical care and dental care.

7008 - Children’s Trust Fund - Santa Clara County Social Services Agency
Contributions to the Children's Trust Fund will buy important items for needy, abused and neglected children, including: corrective shoes, eye glasses, tutoring, orthodontia, car seats, recreational activities, graduation clothes and scholarships.

7023 - Meals on Wheels – Department of Aging & Adult Services Santa Clara County
The Meals on Wheels Program delivers meals to homebound seniors who, because of illness or disability, have difficulty obtaining food or meals for themselves. A weekly delivery of 14 balanced meals includes milk, fruit, and fruit juice.

7039 - Santa Clara County Animal Shelter
The Santa Clara County Animal Shelter rescues and cares for lost and injured animals, reunites families with lost pets and places unwanted pets in loving homes. Contributions are used for shelter and spay/neuter services to improve the quality of life for animals.

7011 - Santa Clara County Collaborative on Affordable Housing and Homeless Issues
Supports programs and collaborations to prevent homelessness and shorten the time people are homeless, through provisions and housing with supportive services and employment opportunities.

7028 - Santa Clara County Search and Rescue
The purpose of the corporation is to provide equipment, services, and training to its volunteer members to enable optimum search and rescue response assistance to County agencies.

7034 - Valley Medical Center Foundation Santa Clara County
Supports the Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System by providing services, capital needs, and programs not funded by County or other governmental funding. VMC, with its “open door” policy, sees over 700,000 patients annually, 80% of whom have no private insurance.

7040 - Victim Services Program
The Victim Services Program, which is under the auspices of the Juvenile Division of the Santa Clara County Probation Department, serves to ensure victims within our community have a more significant voice. Treating those victimized with dignity and respect, while emphasizing victim awareness and empathy amongst youthful offenders highlights the program foundation.
